Prior to joining the Paul Hertz Group, Rob excelled in various Sales, Business Development and Training positions with the following companies: MGM Resorts, Canyon Ranch, Four Seasons (Hospitality/Wellness); Eli Lilly (Pharmaceutical); Applied Medical (Surgical Device); Ageless Esthetics (Wholesale Distribution); and PrivateSpaShop.com (e-commerce). Increasing revenue by over 100% in every position he held, he expertly navigated these roles to lead great teams and set new company milestones. His innate talent for tuning into people’s needs to increase effective business relationships led Rob to successful negotiations and unprecedented sales numbers. It was during this time, 2002 to be exact, that Rob was introduced to and started using PRINT.
Rob also has a wealth of experience starting and growing both B to B and B to C businesses. His 20+ years as an intrapreneur and entrepreneur has not only led to award-winning success, but ultimately uncovered that his greatest strengths and impact always reside in his ability to build and optimize teams – both internally and with clients.
