PRINT® is revolutionary and breakthrough knowledge
To hire the right people and maximize long term fit, for leaders to truly inspire top notch performance, for individuals and teams to accomplish their goals, and for people to function at their absolute best and be able to move out of their comfort zones to adapt to new situations, THE MOTIVATIONS OF THE PLAYERS must be known…not their preferences, their likes and dislikes, their attributes or their type. These may be good but they are not good enough.
Understanding Motivation is the critical success factor to yield better and stronger performance, on an individual, team and organizational level.
The PRINT® program is the only system that reveals a person's true unconscious motivations, of which everyone has two.

PRINT® is only available through the Paul Hertz Group
The Paul Hertz Group is the creator and the sole provider of PRINT® for organizations. And PRINT® is the only method available to unearth the core motivations that drive people's actions, the unique set of Best Self (positive) behaviors, Shadow (not so positive) behaviors and Triggers (hot buttons) associated with these motivations, as well as strategies designed to bolster Best Self and eliminate Shadow tendencies. These key aspects of human behavior serve as the cornerstone to improving recruiting practices, leadership skills, employee engagement and team functioning. They are at the heart of conflict resolution and productivity enhancement. They provide the vital foundation on which all else is built. They create the platform to achieve permanent and sustainable change.

The company has a 30 year track record of sustainable results with over 300 companies including IBM, Whirlpool, Walgreens, Carnival Cruise Lines, DirectTV, Random House Publishing, Burger King and Eli Lilly sales. These organizations have relied on PRINT® 's leading edge tools, customized training and one-on-one and team coaching, delivered by PhD experts, to achieve previously unattainable improvements. If they had problems, PRINT® helped eliminate them and if they were already strong, PRINT® moved them to the next level of performance. This is a WIN-WIN methodology.

PRINT® is a high value proposition
A senior executive of a Fortune 25 company using PRINT® extensively sums it up best…"Success is much more than coming to the table with certain skill sets and talents. It is about understanding one's motivations and traits and knowing how these will behave in the face of crisis. Success is about survival instincts – possessing the ability and wherewithal to change dynamics – impacting performance in a very real and direct way. The executive continues….in terms of Return on Investment, PRINT® is one of the best values I have ever come across in the business leadership environment."

PRINT® is prescriptive ... it makes sense and it works
Unlike approaches that describe preference or type, insightful as they may be, or programs that emphasize core competencies or benchmark practices, users of PRINT® know that these programs, and others like them, will have little chance of taking root without PRINT® being a part of the equation. People's core motivators will either enhance or obstruct their ability to perform with excellence. It is that simple.
|
|
PRINT® is not a one size fits all approach
Each PRINT® grouping has its own unique Unconscious Motivations, its own spectrum of Best Self and Shadow inclinations, and its own set of Triggers that fuel automatic and habitual Shadow Behavior. Naturally, each PRINT® grouping has its own collection of Trigger recovery and avoidance methods and Shadow reduction tools. If performance improvement efforts are to be successful, they must be tailored to the individual. Messages and strategies that work with one individual will fall on deaf ears with another, even with the best of intentions.

PRINT® builds accountability
It is incumbent upon organizations to help employees become aware of their motivations and Shadow Behavior, understand them, and ultimately eliminate the Shadow traits so that people's Best Self attributes can prevail.
It is equally imperative for people to understand the role they play in contributing to other's Shadow.
Accountability is an immediate and significant outcome of the PRINT® program.

PRINT® is universal
Success with PRINT® has been achieved in all industry sectors…manufacturing, service, government, not for profit, and across all functions of an organization…operations, sales, R&D, customer service, finance, human resources, IT. Every department can benefit from PRINT®.

PRINT® is customized for its audience to maximize learning and adoption
A statistically validated online instrument, humor infused workshops and individual and group coaching is how PRINT® is introduced into an organization. Each engagement is tailored to achieve the intended goal:
talent management - hiring, promoting and retaining the most suitable employees that are not only an excellent fit for a position, but also the organization's culture. Eliminate the guesswork.
team building - creating and maintaining high functioning teams who cooperate effectively and meet their stated goals
leadership enhancement - developing leaders who think and act strategically, communicate effortlessly and know how to motivate every member of their team
employee growth and development - reaching potential through personal awareness and the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment
Customized programs are also designed to improve merger and acquisitions (hasten culture assimilation), facilitate policy adoption, stimulate innovative thinking (overcome Thinking Traps) and strengthen sales effectiveness. All of these are built on the PRINT® model.
These applications illustrate the enormous potential that PRINT® has on the successful functioning of an organization.

PRINT® finally solves the mysteries that organizations have been facing
People issues have been on the mind of executives for ages. The notion that "less than ideal" interpersonal skills undermine effectiveness and cause collateral damage on many fronts is not new. Yet the root cause of this dilemma has not been addressed by most organizations. Consequently they continue to struggle. This fact has been proven over and over again.
Research has shown that over 65% of performance problems, 30% of a manager's time, up to 90% of involuntary dismissals, the #1 reason why people quit, why 90% of people say they are less productive, 50% of people voluntarily leaving jobs, about 70% of executive failures, over 50% of merger and acquisition failures, 36% increase in employee risk of coronary disease and 16% increase in stroke are the direct result of Shadow Behavior.
Alternatively, a study of 198,514 workers within 36 companies in 21 industries, including finance, manufacturing, retail, service, transportation and public utilities concluded that Best Self behaviors led to 14% increase in customer loyalty, 32% increase in sales and 19% increase in profit margin.
If appreciable improvements are to be made, certain things need to be in place:
Unconscious Motivators, the "why" behind people's thoughts and behavior, must be identified and their implications appreciated
Best Self Behaviors, people's productive and positive attributes, must be recognized and strengthened
Shadow Behaviors, people's negative and habitual default responses, must be acknowledged and eliminated
Triggers, the events that unintentionally and unconsciously catapult a person into Shadow, must be avoided, or at least recovered from quickly.
